Working with dynamic varieties of elements, blending spontaneous techniques, the use of some conventional and or unconventional recycled findings helps bring new and unexpected insights and meanings into his work.
Bills' imagination is your interpretation.

He enjoys the pursuit of traditional painting but also likes to create an image using a variety of medias in a single artwork expanding beyond ones' sensory perception.
